Submit your question in the booking form, and you’ll receive an audio recording with your intuitive message. If your question is longer than the booking form allows, you may email it to humblebumbleintuitive@gmail.com after booking. Please select the first available date and time when scheduling — the calendar slot is only a placeholder. Turnaround time is typically within 24 hours of booking. Before You Book You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking, including your Zoom link and calendar invite (though this session is delivered via audio recording). Your appointment time is automatically adjusted to your local time zone based on the device or location you are booking from. Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation Emails A booking confirmation email is sent automatically after booking. It reflects the official appointment time for your location and includes your Zoom link and a calendar invite. Please ensure you receive this email; if you do not see it within 24 hours, check your spam or promotions folder. If it does not arrive, email humblebumbleintuitive@gmail.com. Time Zones & Appointment Times When selecting times on the booking page, your appointment time is automatically adjusted to the local time zone of the device or location you are booking from. Because time‑zone settings and daylight‑saving changes vary by location, the confirmation email is the most accurate and reliable source for your appointment time. Please note: Many regions worldwide, and some U.S. states such as Arizona and Hawaii, do not observe daylight‑saving time. During U.S. daylight‑saving periods, these locations may be offset by an hour from U.S. time zones such as Pacific (PST/PDT), Mountain (MST/MDT), Central (CST/CDT), or Eastern (EST/EDT). For this reason, the confirmation email should always be used as the correct session time. Cancellations & Schedule Changes If you need to adjust your appointment, please email humblebumbleintuitive@gmail.com no later than 24 hours before your session. Requests within 24 hours may be accommodated when possible, though alternative times are not guaranteed. Running Late If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may send a courtesy email to the address listed on your booking. This message is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. Your appointment will remain open for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If we have not heard from you by the end of the grace period, the session becomes a no‑show. If You’re Unable to Attend If your appointment begins and we have not received communication from you, the session is considered a no‑show.
