Up to 90 minutes Assess your front runners for fit, red flags, pitfalls, bonuses and benefits. Assess your team's reaction to each candidate. How will they work with me as the manager? How will they work with upper management? What do I need to know about trust with these candidates? Reliability, responsibility, aptitude. How fast will they learn? How resistant are they? Arrogant? How comfortable with change? How territorial? What specific things that you need from them will they be good at? Bad at? All of these questions and any others you have about them can be answered with this service.
